Sarah leads all financial and operation functions at the agency. In that capacity, it’s Sarah’s job to make sure our clients and vendor partners are happy and that our employees are challenged and rewarded. So, she creates systems and processes that ensure accurate and timely billing and payments. She works with our clients and the agency team to provide monthly reports that facilitate the most effective use and the current status of client marketing budgets.
She also makes sure that we are properly investing in our valued employees by providing competitive benefits and personal growth through ongoing training and education programs. This ensures that each person in the agency has the opportunity to reach goals through continuous learning.
Providing the proper tools for success also includes heading up our IT department, and Sarah has lead the implementation of two major company-wide software updates over the years.
Sarah on shopping: “Unlike many women, shopping is not one of my favorite pastimes. I prefer to go to one or two stores, find the best deal and be done. I rarely shop online as I dislike the hassle of return shipping if the item is not correct. But I do look forward to the time when our grocery store allows for online shopping with delivery."
