Sarah leads all financial and operation functions at the agency. In that capacity, it’s Sarah’s job to make sure our clients and vendor partners are happy and that our employees are challenged and rewarded. So, she creates systems and processes that ensure accurate and timely billing and payments. She works with our clients and the agency teams to provide monthly reports that facilitate the most effective use and the most current status of client marketing budgets. 

She also makes sure that we are properly investing in our valued employees by providing competitive benefits and personal growth through ongoing training and education programs. This ensures that each person in the agency has the opportunity to reach goals through continuous learning.

Providing the proper tools for success also includes heading up our IT department, and Sarah has led the implementation of every major company-wide software update over the years.
