Martine Padilla

Martine is not only Callahan Creek's own subject matter expert on printing, she is known for having the unique skill of analyzing an operational situation and then implementing new processes to improve efficiencies. She bases these new processes on hard facts, years of experience and a relentless passion for continuous improvement. In addition to our agency clients, she has worked with highly notable clientele such as Russell Stover Candies, Payless ShoeSource, Parade of Shoes, Avery Dennison, The Upper Deck Company, Konami, Topps, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Estee Lauder, Godiva and Mattel, Inc. 

Martine has also taken on the responsibility of building and managing our Toyota Graphics and Print Purchasing (TGPP) department at Toyota Motor Sales in Torrance, CA. After working to understand their existing print procurement business practices, she uncovered dramatic cost-saving potential. Martine led the charge for a solution that has enabled TMS to realize multi-million-dollar print-related savings they had not previously identified and for Callahan Creek to have a unique, successful print-buying business model on site at Toyota.

Martine has received G7 Master Printer Certification and Kaw Area Vocational Graphic Printing Certification. Passionate about “green” printing, she’s a stakeholder, board member and criteria contributor to the Sustainable Green Printing Partnership. She was a guest speaker and panelist at the Specialty Graphics Industry of America SPIRE conference and the SGIA Business Development Conference, "How To Win At Retail."

Her expertise and knowledge led to the development of Sophizio, a business unit of Callahan Creek that provides unbiased analysis of corporate print procurement practices and recommends changes that can result in multi-million-dollar savings.
