During our account-planning process for the launch of this new product, we discovered that dog owners didn’t recognize mobility problems as such until they experienced a change in the daily routines they shared with their pets. During the launch phase alone, we attracted 22,000 new households to a major pet retailer—50% of which were new to Science Diet.
