Digital assistance that doesn't wait for you to ask for help
Last week I shared a perspective about digital assistants and how I believe these are going to change how we interact with companies - and in a big way. There is another side to this “assistance” that is less about user-initiated interaction and more about recognition. What I mean by recognition is the ability for companies to recognize when a customer is close by or actually in the store, and leverage that proximity to make that customer's life easier.
