Chis Marshall | Director, Account Management

 
An agency veteran of 12+ years, Chris has spent most of his time helping dominant CPG brands Nike, Anheuser-Busch and Hill's Science Diet maintain their #1 leadership positions within their respective categories. This experience has helped him become an expert in category leadership. He’s also had the unique experience of working for the United States Olympic Committee, which laid the foundation for his belief that it’s more difficult to be the gold medal winner than it is to be to #2, especially in the ever-evolving competitive global playground. 
 
Chris leads the account management function at the agency and works to instill the philosophy that their role is to inspire great ideas by stimulating research, strategy, creative and client performance.
 
Chris on shopping: "I hate to shop, but I love retail. There, I said it. I’m very loyal to the brands that have delivered on their promises. I visit the stores that sell my brands. I buy the products that I know fit my needs. I leave. I rarely shop – unless a brand or a store gives me a reason to slow down and take a look around. That’s why I love retail. I love the challenge of getting people there, keeping them in the store longer and getting them to buy more."
