Lawrence, KS, Office (Kansas City/Topeka Area) Digital Production Manager
Seeking a candidate with minimum 5-10 years digital production management experience across a broad range of interactive projects in an agency environment. Will lead our growing team of digital producers, ensuring high quality production of interactive creative elements. Will help ensure productive collaboration between the agency’s creative and digital teams. Reports to EVP, Digital Strategy and Media Integration.
Ideal candidate will have experience in:
Management of complex data-driven Web projects including e-commerce (must provide examples of Web development that you have managed, preferably for recognized regional/national brands)
Interactive experience specific to retail brands (online couponing, in-store tactics, email, etc.)
Mobile marketing and smart phone app development
Personnel management and client interface experience
Production management experience and thorough understanding of these areas is a plus:
Adobe CS (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash)
HTML and CSS
Audio and video production for the Web
Google Analytics, Omniture or similar metrics tools
Online advertising campaigns including rich media and third-party ad serving
Execution of social media tactics (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, etc.)
Management of broadcast email programs
Best practices in user experience design and UX testing

Torrance, CA Office (L.A. Area)
Graphic Project Coodinator
Project coordinator needed in fast-paced corporate graphic design studio in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. The candidate will meet with a wide range of clients to identify and fulfill client requests related to graphic design, printing, and web solutions.
The ideal candidate should have project coordination experience in a graphic design firm, in-house graphics department or advertising agency. The candidate must be capable of multi-tasking and handling numerous projects (large and small) simultaneously, providing excellent customer service and cost-effective solutions, while working to set and meet clients expectations. Candidate will also promote department capabilities.
Minimum qualifications preferred include bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, public relations, business administration or equivalent. Must have five to eight years proven experience where excellent client/customer service has been critical to job function. Superior written and verbal communication/presentation skills, and project management skills are required. Must be well organized, able to meet quick deadlines, and demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
